Delaware Registration Information

The multicolored, preprinted validation stickers will no longer be used by the DMV. The DMV will use new printers to create the new stickers, which will only be available in one color. For vehicles that expire on the 15th of the month, the new stickers will feature silver letters on a black background; for vehicles that expire at the end of the month, the new stickers will feature black letters on a silver background. The vehicle’s license plate number and any unique license plate numbers will be printed on the stickers by the DMV.
