1. be in grave danger as a direct result of armed conflict
2. be displaced inside your home country or have been forced to leave it within the last three years due to armed conflict
3. be unable to access or complete higher education
4. have never studied at any level in the UK or EU
5. have received an offer of admission for entry in September 2024
6. be able to demonstrate knowledge of, and commitment to, your chosen course, and
7. have an exceptional academic record.

Before submitting an application for the Scholarship, you must already have a study abroad offer from the University of Manchester. The application period begins on March 1 and ends on April 15, 2024. You will not be given consideration for a scholarship if you do not have an offer.
Please be aware that receiving an academic offer does not guarantee you a scholarship. Scholarship selection and academic admission are two distinct procedures.
