Eligibility Criteria

  • Are capable of fully committing to the duration of the three-month fellowship.

Applicants should be ready to participate in all program activities including international meetings hosted in the United Kingdom as well as Antigua and Barbuda.

International Travel Requirements

As part of this fellowship experience, selected participants are expected to attend two international events:

  • A week-long gathering in late August 2026 in the United Kingdom at partner institutions located in London.
  • A week-long event in Antigua and Barbuda associated with activities during the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting.
