The Innocent Chukwuemeka Chukwuma Empowerment Foundation (ICCEF) is excited to announce its call for applications for the 2026 Educational Scholarship Programme aimed at supporting underprivileged students attending public secondary and tertiary institutions throughout Nigeria.
This program aims to uphold the legacy of Innocent Chukwuemeka Chukwuma by enhancing access to quality education and empowering young Nigerians to realise their full potential.
Scholarship Categories
Applicants can apply under one of the following categories:
- Tuition Fees Scholarship: For underprivileged students enrolled in public secondary and tertiary institutions in Nigeria.
- Project-Based Scholarship: For indigent final-year students whose academic projects are centered on any of these topics:
- Human rights and social justice.
- Justice sector reforms.
- Law enforcement and policing.
- Gender and development.

Eligibility
Applicants must:
- Be a citizen of Nigeria.
- Be currently registered in a public secondary or tertiary institution in Nigeria.
- Show a strong commitment to academics with satisfactory performance.
- Prove financial need.
- Agree to participate in any monitoring and evaluation activities mandated by the Foundation.
Application Requirements
Applicants should submit:
- A completed scholarship application form.
- A recent passport-sized photograph.
- Proof of admission or a school identification card.
- The most recent academic results or transcript.
- A personal statement (maximum of 500 words) detailing educational goals, financial needs, and how the scholarship will aid academic advancement.
- A letter of recommendation from a school authority, teacher, lecturer, or community leader.
