Eligible Nationalities for Boren Awards

Applicants for the Boren Awards must be:

*U.S. citizens

*Planning an overseas program in a country outside of Western Europe, Canada, Australia or even Zealand.

*A high school graduate, or have earned his or her GED.

Eligibility criteria

To be eligible you must be enrolled at an accredited U.S. institution of higher education which must be located in the United States, and as well as be in the process of pursuing a graduate degree.

Documents required for submission

The documents required for submission are three(3) letters of recommendation and also applicants are encouraged to include a language evaluation of the Boren language, which is supposed to be filled by a recent instructor in that language.
