The university administers about 5,700 admission grants worth close to $36 million through its colleges, faculties, and divisions
Doctoral and master’s students are also recommended for scholarships through the governments of Ontario and Canada in addition to the University of Toronto Scholarships. These range from the Ontario Graduate Scholarship to the doctoral awards provided by the Pierre Elliott Trudeau Foundation.

1. Lester B Pearson International Scholarship
The Lester B Pearson International scholarship is very popular at the University of Toronto because it focuses on students who are fresh from senior high schools and have gained admission to the institute. 2. University of Toronto International Scholar Award
This Award is given specifically to students at the Faculty of Arts & Science (St. George campus). They are given the U Toronto International Scholar award based on merit. All applications will be given consideration for the University of Toronto scholarship, which has a maximum value of $100,000 (CAD $40,000 in the first and second years, and $20,000 in the following years). Although the scholarship does not really depend on your GPA to boost your eligibility your scholarship can be canceled if your performance is bad.
