• They should be aged between 19 and 25 and must have completed at least a bachelor’s degree by the time they commence their studies at Oxford OR (for elderly candidates who waited longer than typical to finish their first college degree).

You need to be under 27 AND have earned your first undergraduate degree on or after October 1, 2022.
