1. Have an unconditional or conditional offer of a spot on an approved course at a Scottish institution that will be taught on-campus in Scotland, online, or a combination of the two.
2. Be a resident of one of the following countries: China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, the United States, Pakistan, or Canada.
3. Have proof of their ability to pay the remaining tuition fees as well as the cost of living in Scotland, if necessary.
4. Never attended a Scottish university.
5. Never have gotten a Saltire Scholarship before.
6. Comply with the course’s linguistic requirements.
